Ministry Update
Ministry Update
Despite having to change location in the Zion church because of the construction to a colder, darker place in the building, our first Lego Brunch went well and the team felt encouraged.
The Feinkost cooking evening was wonderful! Shelly was able to share the Gospel with a woman from Vietnam! She is a Buddhist and had never heard the Good News of Jesus Christ before. Please pray for her salvation.
We will find out Tuesday about the rooms for the Christian daycare/preschool that we really want. Please be in prayer with us for this!
The center for ministry option has been put on hold for now.
Pray for wisdom for Open Door as they are in transition with the Jones family leaving for home assignment in June.
Busy but great week ahead:
Our intern from Crown College, Karissa Wallace, arrives. She‘ll be with us all summer.
The Crown College Choir will be here performing concerts and doing outreach and work projects.
A team will be here filming some of our work here for the National Office.
Feinkost Bible Study on Wednesday
Please pray for wisdom as we counsel, disciple and mentor others.
English Camp plans are coming together. 16 students are signed up already!
Thanks for praying for our team:
Ben and Sarah Carey—Freischwimmer, English Camp and Feinkost
Don and Sarah Jones—Open Door Gemeinde, Feinkost and the new preschool
Steve and Karen Mack—Berlin International Church
Also…
John and Hoiling Poon from Hong Kong—the Chinese Alliance Church
Family Update
On Tuesday we will hear if Katie has been accepted to Black Forest Academy for next year.
Jason‘s baseball team won their first game last week. It‘s been fun to be at the ball park every Saturday to watch him play.
Anna‘s new friend continues to come to our youth group and she and her mom plan to come to church on Sunday. Her mom also came to the Feinkost cooking evening.
Thank you for your prayer and support!!!
